This was good. It goes very well with the French Market Meatloaf. My friend thought it added just the right touch.

This was a very good starting point for a basic meatloaf sauce/gravy, particularly in terms of texture. However, the flavor definitely could have used a kick. I added 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and it went from good to great.
