Rice sticks can be be found in Asian specialty food markets or in the Asian section of most supermarkets.

How to Make It

Step 1

Cook snow peas and rice sticks in boiling water 3 minutes. Drain well.

Step 2

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onions, ginger, and garlic, and sauté 2 minutes. Stir in milk and next 5 ingredients (milk through red pepper); bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Combine snow peas, rice sticks, and green onion mixture in a large bowl, and sprinkle with cilantro.

Despite some of the critical reviews, I decided to make this because I love all of the ingredients and I love Thai food. However, this dod not come together well at all. I will not make tins again.
