4 cups (serving size: 1/4 cup)

Spoon this sweet-savory jam into a pretty glass jar, and tie with a ribbon. You can also attach a rosemary sprig and a card with serving suggestions--as an appetizer spread on baguette slices with goat cheese; as a chutney over chicken, beef, or pork; or as the sauce for a pizza with shredded chicken, goat cheese, and chives.

How to Make It

Heat a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add first 4 ingredients; cook 8 minutes or until tomatoes are soft, stirring occasionally. Add vinegar and wine; cook 3 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Add 1 cup water and broth; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 45 minutes or until liquid evaporates, stirring occasionally. Stir in rosemary and salt.

Fantastic recipe! I made a double batch of this jam and passed out as a part of a goodie bag with homemade gifts this holiday season. I had not made the recipe before so I wanted to make sure the jam was tasty before handing out to friends & family. I just broiled some chicken breasts and topped off with about a tablespoon or so of this jam to serve. Couldn't have been more flavor packed or tasty - I can't believe it was so simple to make (Tip: sun-dried tomato jars come in a julianned version which saves on prep time - also, save the oil from the jars and use like you would EVOO to give extra flavor to other dishes with no waste) and I'm sure my loved ones with love it as well! Can't wait to try further with the serving suggestions above - wouldn't hesitate to stir into basic tomato sauce to punch up your standard marinara either! Enjoy!

I was given a jar of this jam and used it as a part of a steak marinade -- absolutely grand! As I'd only used 1/2 the jar last time am making it again tonight and decided to look up a recipe for it -- doubt I'll give them as gifts though now that I see how versatile it is. Served with baked potato last time, but as the marinade is so delicious, am trying rice tonight so as not to waste a single drop!

This is delicious - I made exactly as written and packed into jars to give as gifts. I plan to make more as now I have none for myself. It is also delicious with cream cheese on a cracker. A keeper! And makes a great gift over the holidays instead of getting all those cookies and candies!

I made this as an office treat and gave a jar to each person. They couldn't get enough of it! The best way to eat is poured over cream cheese!!! It will be GONE before you know it!

I love this jam! The flavor is really intense and lovely. It really does look nice in a glass jar too, so it made a great gift. It is delicious on crackers, bread, pizza and meat too! It was simple to make too.
