Makes about 2 cups

Here's a fresh, seasonal version of the typical jarred cocktail sauce. Serve with a pile of cooked and chilled jumbo shrimp. Time: 30 minutes.

How to Make It

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a blender or a small food processor and pulse just until well incorporated, scraping down the inside of the container if needed. Chill before serving.

My Best friend and I made this for her St. Patrick's Day/housewarming party. We tripled the recipe and served sauce in a bowl nestled in crushed ice with jumbo shrimp hanging from the outer edge. The sauce was delicious and it was a great party hit.
