Since regular graham crackers become soggy when mixed into ice cream, we stirred in the bear-shaped cookies.

How to Make It

Step 1

Place a large bowl in freezer. Let ice cream stand at room temperature 45 minutes or until softened.

Step 2

With a rubber spatula or stand mixer, combine softened ice cream, marshmallows, and graham crackers in chilled bowl. Cover and freeze to desired consistency.

This really is like a frozen version of s'mores! Marshmallows are delicious frozen - firm, but still chewy, and great chunks of graham cracker. I would just increase the ratio of more marshmallows and more teddy grahams to ice cream for an even better treat.
