Great pasta/shrimp salad to serve a luncheon or summer pot luck.I made the full recipe of dressing and halved the salad for 2 of us. I used 4 ounces of pasta and 10 medium shrimp. It would have served three with a few more shrimp. I used all the dressing as it would have been too dry otherwise. As suggested, I added 1 clove of minced garlic to the dressing. I used V8 of the tomato juice and the amount of cayenne really gives it a good kick and could be reduced a little.

Made this for a BBQ party. Good, but added garlic as the other reviewer did, along with more cayenne and lime juice. The amount of shrimp is also pretty skimpy for such a large bowl of pasta. Will double that next time. Otherwise, a very colorful dish.
