This is a wonderful combination of flavors, aptly named. Easy to pull together, it was a huge hit at my party! I too used jalapenos, as I had those on hand. This is a great dip!

I make this for almost every summer get together I have or go to. I always get asked for the recipe, everyone loves it and I am amazed that there have been a few reviews that did not give it a 5 star rating. Regarding the vinegar, remember it is really a cross between salsa and guacamole. I think the combo of lime and vinegar is great. I always use jalapeno when I make it. I think it's addicting!
