Step 1

Combine Worcestershire sauce and vinegar in a medium bowl. Add roast beef, and toss to combine.

Great sandwich recipe - the Worcestershire/balsamic mixture goes really well with the blue cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. I definitely used more than 1 tsp of blue cheese per sandwich (1 tsp? really?).
