Serves 4 (serving size: 3 wedges)

Baking the pizzas directly on the oven rack gives you a crisp crust in less time. You can substitute shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese for fresh.

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450°.

Step 2

Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add onion; sauté 2 minutes or until translucent. Stir in chicken, stock, marinara, and barbecue sauce; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove pan from heat.

Step 3

Spread about 1/2 cup chicken mixture over each crust; top evenly with mozzarella cheese. Place pizzas directly on oven rack; bake at 450° for 9 minutes or until cheese melts. Top with green onions and pepper. Cut each pizza into 4 wedges.

This was quick, easy, and delicious. We used flat bread and it worked perfectly. Great way to use up left over chicken.

OMG! So good! But I have a feeling it depends on the quality of ingredients used. We used Stubb's bbq sauce, and Ragu roasted garlic sauce. I also found this local pita to use instead of thin pizza crusts. The pita really made the pizzas amazing! My family loved, loved them!

We weren't huge fans of the barbecue/marinara blend, but this would probably be great with the sauce tweaked to taste.

Excellent! I added avocado slices at the very end with some cilantro leaves. The perfect combo! Even my picky eaters devour it. Will definitely add to my recipe box.

I really liked this! Didn't have the rotisserie chicken so just diced some chicken breasts, about 2 large. The combo of marinara and barbecue sounded odd to me, but it blends together deliciously. I used a hot roll mix (it had a pizza crust recipe on it). Any pizza crust would be fine I'm sure. One of my daughters is a very picky eater and she said, wow, this is really good, mom! Words I rarely hear from her.
