How to Make It

Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add pie filling, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and ginger, beating well. Cover and chill 8 hours. Serve with gingersnaps and apple or pear slices. Garnish, if desired.

This is awesome, but things listed to dip in it should include celery! Celery NEVER tasted so good!

I made this after having it at a party, but I did NOT put any powdered sugar in. It just doesn't need it if you are using the pumpkin pie "filling" and dipping with cookies. If you are using plain pumpkin, add the sugar. Also, I added cloves.

I just made this for a christmas party and it was soooo good!!! Everyone there complimented me on this dish. I didn't change anything about the recipe, I will definitely make this again.
