Exceptional! Just the right combination of spice and sweet. I used a lot of chopped cilantro (maybe 1/2 cup) and we all loved it.

It was lovely to be able to enjoy a fresh salsa in the middle of the winter: the flavors of this are outstanding. I served with tortilla chips while I had friends over for wine and it was perfect.

Refreshing and tasty but too much shallot for me. A good pairing with shrimp. Next time, less shallot.
