How to Make It

Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl until blended. Cover and chill. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables.

This is a quick and easy recipe with lots of flavor. I actually left out the buttermilk because I didn't want to buy a big carton for only 1/4 cup. I can't imagine that small of an amount making a difference in the recipe, unless it's just to thin it out, and I liked the consistency without it.

Great dip! Simple but tons of flavor! I might even add more pesto next time! I served it with red peppers, celery, cherry tomatoes, baby carrots and baguette chips. It was a hit!
