Made for a quick lunch and was very happy with the results. I used an Asian pear which added a little crunch. Next time I will chop up the prosciutto to make it less likely I'll pull the whole slice off with one bite! I also slightly melted the cheese under the broiler before adding the meat and pear. Will definitely make again.
