Reese's Cups are still delectable when they're made with keto-approved ingredients. Plus, they're ready in the time it takes to run to the store. 

How to Make It

Step 1

Heat sugar-free chocolate chips, coconut oil, and keto sweetener in a medium heat-proof bowl placed over a double boiler. Cook stirring constantly until mixture is melted. Remove from heat.

Step 2

Pour 2 teaspoons of chocolate mixture in bottom of a silicone cupcake mold or nonstick cupcake liner and gently roll around so chocolate comes up about 1/2-inch sides evenly. Chill cups 5 minutes.  

Step 3

While chocolate chills, stir together peanut butter, keto brown sugar sweetener, and salt until combined. Place 2 teaspoons of the peanut butter mixture in center of each chocolate cup; press lightly against chocolate cup. Pour 2 teaspoons chocolate mixture over top of each peanut butter layer, and chill until chocolate is completely set, about 10 minutes.
