From merely hot to incendiary, this Caribbean jerk seasoning gets its kick from a blend of ingredients such as chiles, thyme, cinnamon, garlic, and nutmeg. Sprinkle on meat or vegetables.

How to Make It

Combine all ingredients; store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.

Excellent! Easy to throw together.Had everything but the onion powder. Didn't miss it much. Also substituted Cilantro for the parsley. On center cut cheapy Pork chops. Was wonderful

i use this seasoning a lot!  good on anything, not necessarily jerk type meals.  getting ready to make my 2nd batch!

Excellent spice mix....great flavor. Did not have dried parsley so did not add.
