Serve the extra relish with baked tortilla chips for a snack any time during the week.

How to Make It

Combine first 6 ingredients in a small dish; cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Prepare grill or broiler. Place fish on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Cook 2 minutes on each side or until fish is done. Serve with Black Bean Confetti Relish.

The marinade was subtle but gave the tuna a fresh, seasoned taste. I'm not a big fan of tarragon, so substituted thyme which worked well. The Black Bean Confetti Relish was out of this world, and complimented the tuna nicely. It is so flavorful that I would serve the relish with any grilled fish, poultry or pork, and I would even try adding it to cooked brown rice to make a brown rice salad.
