How to Make It

Step 1

Cut fish into 6 pieces. Place in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch pan.

Step 2

Stir together tomato and next 7 ingredients; spoon over fish.

Step 3

Bake at 500° for 7 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with Lemon Couscous. Garnish, if desired.

I have to admit I am not a fan of acerbic foods. However, the lemon was overwhelming in this recipe. All I could taste was lemon. I will make it again, but will use only 2 tbsp. lemon. I will use fresh onion next time, as well. The only reason I will work with this recipe is that I need low fat, low carb foods. Otherwise, I would not bother.
