How to Make It

Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Add Dressing, and toss to coat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Drain before serving.

It's wonderful when you're a vegetable lover! I will make it again and yes, I always seem to change an ingredient when I'm cooking! I didn't have radishes, but added aspargus, cilantro, and green beens. It is a large receipe, so left overs are a probability and it eats well the next day too.
