How to Make It

In a pitcher, mix together the vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Tabasco. Serve over ice in a tall glass with a lemon wedge.

Upgrade: Serve with pickled green beans or pickled asparagus spears.

This is the best Bloody Mary I have had in ages. I made it with Clamato, giving it a "meater" taste and also reduced the amount of lemon juice. A keeper.

Finally found a Bloody Mary that I like! My husband and brother-in-law really loved it. I did change it a bit though. I doubled the recipe and added 2 tspns Tabasco w/Worcestershire (new item!), used Clamato instead of tomato juice, 1 tspn Goya hot sauce (has garlic), and 2 tspns Old Bay seasoning. And of course, more Vodka. Nice and spicy!!
