4 servings (serving size: 1 fillet and about 2/3 cup salsa)

Jarred citrus salad, available in the produce section of the supermarket, can be substituted for the orange and grapefruit sections.

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat broiler.

Step 2

Place fillets on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Brush fillets with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Step 3

While fillets cook, combine orange sections and remaining ingredients in a bowl. Serve with fillets.

I'm honestly not sure why I chose to make this recipe when I'm not very fond of grapefruits. My husband apparently doesn't care for them either so we pretty much just ate the orange slices. I probably won't make again but if I do I'm just using oranges. Served with brown rice and green beans.
