I really liked this but it was a little thick. I added some milk and it was fine.

I made the lighter version of this, and I added a little milk to thin it down since I felt it was a tad too thick, I too forgot the lemon juice and didn't notice anything weird. I poured it on a wedge salad with bacon and tomatoes topped with a splash of balsamic. I served it for company and everyone really liked it! I will never buy bottled blue cheese dressing again!

This dressing is perfect. The blue cheese "aged" taste is not too strong, but not too bland.

Fabulous!!! I make this all the time and I always forget the lemon juice but you don't miss it but do not leave out the Worcestershire sauce. It does make a difference. This great as a dip as well. I am not a fan of iceberg lettuce but this dressing goes really well with it. Sometimes I add cherry tomatoes and bacon.
