Yield
1 cup (serving size: 1 tablespoon)

Kiwifruit contains enzymes that act as a tenderizer, making it ideal for meat marinades. The zesty fruit flavors of the dressing also pair well with crunchy vegetable salads.

How to Make It

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth.

Step 2

Note: Refrigerate dressing in an airtight container for up to five days; stir well before using.

I am open to all kinds of new flavors and like to try new things--but this was awful. It' tastes of vinegar and fruit at the same time and has a terrible smell. Had to throw it out.
