How to Make It
Stir together apples, pears, whiskey and apple cider in a large pitcher. Top with ginger beer. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Before serving, dip the rim of rocks glasses into the pitcher and coat the glasses in cinnamon sugar. Spoon some of apples and pears into the glass before filling with the cold cider mixture.
